I found Dr. Kotlus on-line in a search for the best Eye-filler Dr's in Michigan. After two unsatisfactory treatments from other Dr's, I was very apprehensive to try it again. However, Dr. Kotlus proved to be far superior in every aspect of patient care. He eased my worries and was very gentle. He improves on your negative features and accentuates the positive in a natural way. The results were amazing! People notice I look great, but they cannot figure out why :). In the past, I bruised for 2-10 months afterward a filler treatment, whereas I did not bruise at all this time. I am very pleased! I will definitely return to him next year, and highly recommend him to others!

Dr. Kotlus explained exactly what would happen and didn't pressure me into more than I wanted. He eased my worries and was very gentle.
