Return for Lower Face, and Neck, Lifts

This is my 2nd review for Dr Chaboki...Last year, I'd undergone surgery with respect to the upper half of my face, and was very pleased with the results (previous review). Now, it is almost 8 weeks after my return for lower face, and neck, lifts. I consulted with the doctor especially about the latter, as I was unhappy with the number of small folds in that area; my lower face was not as "aged", but could benefit from a lift anyway. I chose not to have fat transfer to my nasolabial lines, which are evident, but of which I choose to accept. The surgery went well. Immediately after surgery, I was surprised to have some pain, and considerable swelling, at the neck, and lower jaw, areas, as compared to the surgery in the upper portion of my face, which was none at all. I could only ingest baby/soft food for 2 weeks because of the pain in these areas.
At this date, nearly all swelling have subsided, and just a hint of bruising is evident.
Most importantly, I'm very pleased with the anticipated results - folds on my neck have been eliminated, as well as the bit of sagging around my jawline. Likewise, I am happy and (so!) relieved to comment, again, that I'm very pleased with Dr Chaboki's professionalism, and apparent commitment to "complete service" before and after surgery. During consultation, he is personable (very important!), honest with expected results, and does not "hard-sell" his services (which I detest). His attentiveness was appreciated in the night of the surgery, when I called him about pain which prevented me from sleep; he answered my call immediately, and suggested a solution (here, I erred in not having the prescribed "super-Tylenol" on hand). In this same vein, and after the fact, I was pleased to learn that the doctor sought my patient husband, in the waiting area, immediately after surgery to inform him that it had concluded, and that it went well (the doctor had performed this courtesy in the previous surgery also). --- Frankly, I would have been very displeased if I did NOT receive these courtesies, and sincere attentiveness. I consider facial surgery as the height of "personal service", and so I expected/expect the highest of professionalism by the doctor.
Additionally, just prior to this surgery, I asked to have one of my eyelids redone (one area in previous surgery) because I was dissatisfied with the fold that did not materialize (not the fault of the doctor's skill). This revision was performed in-office, and I am so pleased with the result; my eyelid looks great!
Given these observations, I highly recommend Dr Chaboki for facial surgery. (Note: I live two states "away" from DC, and am pleased that extra effort and expense (driving, and hotel stays) to undergo surgery - twice - resulted in the results I was hoping for!)
