Wish I had more time to write all that Dr. Little deserves to have written about him, but will come back when I do to tell you more.
You could go to many cosmetic surgeons across the country & get a decent face lift or other cosmetic procedure done, but if you want a true artist, who also happens to love his art, go to Dr. Little. Not only that, you'll find that he is charming, caring and humble. If you've happened to have interviewed any recently, you should know those are rare characteristics in cosmetic surgeons these days.
In addition, his entire staff is... just awesome!
Also, the cost listed is for much more than just a facelift. The drop down list only allowed me to select one procedure.

I have to rush off now, but just to get an idea about him, visit his website. I've been amazed that he wasn't even listed on RealSelf until recently. I'm glad he's finally here, because it's my belief that he's by far the best in the nation in facial plastic surgery, which is all he focuses on.
