I had full incisional double eyelid surgery. To help reduce swelling and bruising, I took Bromelain, Quercetin, Arnica Montana and did Lymph massages- all of this before and after the procedure. I really feel that the lymph node massages really helped with the speedy recovery. I was back to work in 2 weeks.

Yes in tablet form. My doc said not to do the cream or gel type.
