Greetings fellow realselfers!! Sorry to have fallen off the planet lately! Life has been chaotic! It has now been 3 months. I still admire my results everyday and am so thankful I chose to have this surgery! Every woman deserves to wake up feeling confident and beautiful. I am fully able to return to all exercises again. The only thing that still irritates me is like chest fly or pushup movements. It still feels funny to me! But maybe thats the new norm. Wanted to post some updated photos for any ladies who are ressearching this surgery and need to see photos of what a few months postop looks like!

Ooh girl look at that bad boy! Well if you can't pull it out with tweezers or your finger nail just have the nurses do it. It's quick, happens often at my office with patients. Don't forget keep is covered and polysporin and dial soap is your best friend now. :-) looks like you have another tiny hole right next to the big one too.

Hehe i know its literally like a price tag hanging out! Im going to get ahold of the office tomorrow and get it taken care of... i dont trust myself doing it! But thanks for the tips- i know youre an expert at these!

Girl! I had to many I was literally so happy I haven't had anymore since my last one. Lol it does look like the price tag piece you find on clothes though. Stitches are so strange.

Thanks for your help! I snipped it a few days ago and the hole has since shut and is looking good! My incision itself is very ridgy though. Feels as if the stitches are all still there and feels like theyre coming to the surface. Have any of yours felt that way?

Looks like your taking care of things yourself but I've heard of you have any trouble trimming or extracting them have the nurse or ps remove them for you. Xoxo

Help!
Hi ladies! Need your help! I stretched and yawned earlier and realized it pulled on my incision a little weird! Crazy how something so small can do that to us! I noticed this small little hole where it looks like the skin may hve just been weak and pulled open. Does this look abnormal to any of you? Washed it well with Dial and put some antibiotic ointment on it. Anything else anyone can suggest? Thanks!

Hey love... you were probably already spitting a stitch just what you did open the area. Cover it with a bandaid, keep it clean and keep ointment on it. It'll heal back together. :-)

Thats what i was sorta thinking! Basically it was that little tiny hole and now today theres an actual piece of the stitch that came out. Is that what happens?
August 20, 2017
Yep! It's so scary at first because you're like oh my god, I have a whole! I call them evil stitches. Hahaha don't be surprised if you have more. Your body's just pushing them out. It's completely normal and annoying!!!
August 20, 2017
That is! Glad to hear its normal! I read on here i may have to go in and have it trimmed
August 20, 2017
Yea if you couldn't get it out yourself or it didn't fall out when you shower. It's not bad, feel weird when they do trim it. Haha glad I could help!!! :-)

It almost feels like one of those plastic pieces from tags on clothes is hanging out of me! Is that what yours looks like? I can post up a photo. Im kinda nervous to trim it myself! Is the hole gonna become bigger if i move my arms too much? Im scared the holes gonna get big where it is!
August 20, 2017
Mine got bigger because they were pushing through but once they were out they healed up quick. I used polysporin and curad wound gel. Worked wonders like it's holy grail to heal the holes up. Keep them cleaned and covered. And no they shouldn't get bigger by moving your arms. Once you get your PS to get em out you should be golden!!! :-) I have a photo posted of one hanging out looked like a clear piece of string. Lol
