So today is exactly 2 weeks since my surgery date. I love my side profile but the front view I'm so sure about:( I hate that I feel like I have a hanging columella now. I don't think it's gonna go away either.

The hanging columella is very slight and it makes your nose look very natural! Trust me, you don't want a little piggy nose. You look perfect :)

its early days still and there is a lot of swelling, but looking at your nose i think its going to be gorgeous!

You have to be patient I think. I know how you feel as I also just got my nose revision and have some concerns - the doctor says 4-6 weeks to see results and I read the tip and columella retract over time. Give it time! you look beautiful (:

I think you look great! And it's only 2 weeks post op so it will become much more refined as the swelling goes down.

I know how you feel but I would echo everyone else, you just need to give it time. Even 6 weeks isn't enough, we're talking 6 months at least! I am also now over scrutinising every little thing with mine, and everyone around me thinks I'm nuts and can't even notice!! My columella feels ever so slightly like its hanging but it's because actually my scar is inflamed - is yours, and could this be why you are having that effect? I've done a Google but this seems to happen to some people and is just scar tissue that takes some time to fully settle. I also still have quite significant swelling on the bridge and definitely in my tip and I'm 3 weeks post op tomorrow. Just remember how many people constantly post updates on here saying they are worried about this and that and so on and then 6 months later they post another photo saying they should never have worried and usually containing the words 'in love'!! Stay strong, be patient and I'm sure you will be fine :) you look great! x

Today is the day I got the cast off:) That experience was nerve wrecking lol. I was so worried I was going to look different but I don't! I don't like the tip very much. I wish it was smaller.

Your nose looks awesome!!! Don't forget your nose is swollen right now and will appear a bit bigger then it actually is the swelling takes a few weeks to go down mine was quite puffy and bigger then it actually was for a few weeks !!

I think you actually do look different. All of your features are so much more feminine you look beautiful! Even though it's swollen I can tell it compliments your face so well.
