Update - booked in for surgery

Hey everyone,
Just an update that, after waiting a whole year for my face to rejuvenate naturally, I’ve decided to go ahead with a lower bleph and fat transfer to the cheeks, at a cost of $10K.
Will keep you posted as things progress!

Update - Before and almost a time year after

Here is a side by side of before any fillers on the left and after dissolving on the right. This is less than two years apart.
While I have always had hollow tear troughs, there is a clear depletion of volume next to the nose. I had never had filler there. This only happened after dissolving.

Update: Went to a plastic surgeon + update on treatments I've tried.

Ultimately, while there has been slight improvement, the damage has not really recovered at all from post-hyaluronidase. It's now been almost a year.
I have now consulted with 2 plastic surgeons and will be going ahead with fat transfer.
The plastic surgeons acknowledged the damage after seeing before/after photos and also acknowledged that hyaluronidase can damage natural tissues.
Filler is NOT a walk-in, walk out procedure as so many cosmetic doctors/nurses say and hylauronidase DOES damage tissue. Do not let anyone else tell you otherwise.
Also, if you're not going to go ahead with a surgical option to fix your damage, below are my perspectives on other treatment options I've pursued.
PRP: Good for skin texture, temporarily added volume, but overall too expensive for a small effect
Acupuncture: Great for skin texture, tightened skin and reduced laxity while undergoing treatment, but went back to normal after a few weeks of not going.
Vitamins: vitamin c, fish oil, multi vitamin etc. good for skin texture, did nothing for restoring folume
