Wanting a Reversed Genioplasty !!!!!

So 7 weeks ago, I had a sliding genioplasty of 6mm (advancement) and I regret it a lot. It does give me a nice profile but my face looks longer from the front and narrower. I hate my face from a 3/4 view too. I know that it might still be a little swollen but I remain really disappointed. I felt a lot prettier before. Also, during the pre-op meetings, it was supposedly 3-4mm advancement but during my surgery, they decided to make it 6mm. After 3 weeks, I went to my surgeon and he told me that he was really proud of his work and that he was really hurting seing that I don't like my results. He also said that I could have a bone necrosis if I were to undergo another surgery. I am willing to still wait a little more to take a decision but I regret everyday. Some surgeons say that the best time to get it done is between 6 to 12 weeks as the bone is not fully healed, other doctors say that I should get it done between 3 to 6 months and other recommend to wait 6 months for the bone to heal. I am really confused. I would love to put my chin 4mm backwards to gain my looks back. But I am afraid of the risks and hardware issues. I am 18 years old, I don't want my skin to sag. I can't find anyone giving reversed genioplasty reviews and it stresses me a lot. Please help if you come across this post !!! Has anyone here ever got a reversed genioplasty ? How did it go ???
