I am 30 years old, 5'6" and 130 lbs. I am currently a 32C/30D. I have always been very self-conscious about my breasts, particularly my aereolas and nipples. I finally decided to spend the money in hopes that I feel feel good about myself naked.

I went to see Dr Mele after doing lots of research online. I felt very comfortable with him after the consultation. He took the time to answer all my questions and didn't pressure me.

Dr Mele recommended that I have an augmentation along with a donut lift and aereolar reduction. I do have slight asymmetry, along with mildly tuberous breasts and the lift will hopefully correct most of that.

I chose silicone round implants. My BWD is 12cm and I did not want my breasts to look overly round so I wanted moderate plus profile. I chose 345cc Allergan Natrelle because they were the softest feeling.

I am scheduled for Tuesday the 24th and I am excited, but a little nervous. I have my supplies all ready to go and my BFF is going to take care of me. I picked up all my prescriptions on Thursday so I don't have to deal with that after surgery.

I can't wait to see what they are going to turn out like!

Surgery Tomorrow!?

Today is the day before my surgery and my last day of work. I haven't told my co-workers anything about this so all day I have been sitting here thinking, "OMG I am going to have boobs!". It's so weird and exciting to think about what I will look like. I have seen some beautiful results on here and I feel much better prepared after reading all the great honest post-op updates.

They're Here!

I had my surgery this afternoon about 2:30. I haven't been able to take any pictures yet, but I will try to do that tomorrow when I take a shower.

The anesthesiologist called me last night to discuss my medical history and explain the procedure and which drugs he was planning to use. I wasn't allowed to eat or drink anything past midnight. I was so thirsty by the time I got to the surgery center.

Once I checked in, they took me to a room with recliner and had me change into a surgical gown, a bonnet, and booties. I was allowed to keep my underwear on, which was a relief because I kept hearing about the dreaded paper undies.

The nurse put the IV in my hand and gave me some saline. The anesthesiologist came back and went over the questions again, then my doctor came and marked me up. They wheeled me back to the OR and I laid down on the table. The table was heated, which was awesome and cozy.

They put an oxygen mask over my nose and mouth. I was feeling pretty nervous by now, but the nurses were all so sweet and tried to distract me.

The anesthesiologist told me he was going to put something in my IV and that it would work pretty quickly, then the next thing I knew, I was in the recovery room at about 530 pm.

My chest was feeling pretty sore, like I did about 500 cable flys. They gave me IV Zofran for nausea and Fentanyl for pain. I ate a few ritz crackers and sipped some water. Man, that water was awesome after waiting 15 hours.

My BFF helped me get dressed and Dr Mele came back to check on me. He said my boobs turned out great. He had already put on my post-surgery bra (the 15 dollar Hanes soft cup from Target) and a strap above my breasts.

I've just been sitting on the couch watching Hawaii Five-0 and relaxing. I took a Percocet and another anti-nausea at 930 pm and ate some Oatmeal and a PopTart. I've been feeling pretty good so far, knock on wood. My chest is pretty sore, maybe a 5/10 and my breasts are very hard and swollen.

I will attempt to take some pictures tomorrow when I take a shower. I'm planning to sleep propped up on my couch, so we will see how successful that is.
