6 Days Post-Op

Despite my BA being delayed for almost 2 hours, everything went well. My PS ended up giving me 255cc on both (inframammary). Reason being that my breast tissue was very tight and minimal. The worse pain was immediately upon waking up after surgery in the recovery room and also, after the first 48 hrs when I was trying to wean myself off of the prescribed painkillers (much too strong for me)!
I slept ALOT during the first 72 hrs due to the effects (drowsiness) of my pain meds and muscle relaxers. Prior to my BA, I read so much about the post-op conditions of so many RS women and from others on similar websites/vlogs so nothing really surprised me. Luckily for me, so far so good - although thoughts of capsular contracture is always in the back of my mind. My PS told me that asians and hispanics seem to get CC from BAs more than any of the other race, and that's my race :( Has anyone else ever heard or know of this being true??
I did get very bloated and still have a bit of that. I did have a BM on the 3rd night (that was a relief). I finally had a full shower and drove on day 5. I sponge bathed my upper half prior to this (since I was too scared to get my incisions wet). I was up early and back to school on day 6 (today).
Don't know if anyone had trouble eating but since coming home from surgery, I really have no appetite. Nothing yet seems to appeal to my taste buds. I am drinking lots though!
I bruised quite a bit (after day 2) so haven't posted any pics just yet but will do so soon.

Never thought I'd actually post about this and...

Never thought I'd actually post about this and never, ever thought I could actually go through with it. I am a 34aa at best with asymmetry as well. I have always wanted something more because wearing tops and swimwear never look right. So tired of wearing padded bras which leave gaps of emptiness - it's uncomfortable, frustrating and looks awful.

At my final consultation last week, my PS and I decided that we're going with 255cc/300cc. This is the most I can have due to my the lack of breast tissue, my narrow BWD (11.5) and only 3cm distance from nipple to bottom crease. I know right? Not much to work with but PS tells me that I will still see quite a difference as it is supposed to give me a noticeable projection as well (about 5cm which is something for me). I trust her recommendation and really..... anything at all will be such an improvement from what I was born with!

I'm three days away from my BA and I'm excited, anxious and nervous but just hope it goes well. I'm in school at the moment and only have 6 days after my procedure to recoup before going back to class.

Only my hubby and daughter know about this. The point was to do this for me, no one else. I don't want it to be obvious to anyone so I didn't feel the need to tell everyone. I think I will eventually tell my mom and sister (my only sibling), after I've healed almost completely. If they see me in any pain from my BA I know they will probably say "Why did you put yourself through this?" In my opinion, I don't think anyone who hasn't ever considered any sort of plastic surgery or has issues with asymmetry like me can understand.

I will post pics soon, most likely after my BA. If anyone out there has similar stats, I would love to hear about your journey as well. There aren't many of us who have less than 300ccs put in compared to those who end up with more than that. But so far I have seen several on RS and I'm grateful to have read about their progress which was just as they wanted it to be or better!

I think I worry the most about not being able to workout for a few weeks while I heal.
