I am feeling great Trying to always keep my weight down- i try to eat right- amd do sit ups with my exercise machine- it was well worth it- my confidence is much better and love how my clothes fit- i was a size 12 at first now im size 8 im 5’8- havent check my weight in a while- i want to get to 160 i dont go to the gym i walk my dog amd sometimes run - everyday it takes effort- eat right- eating a lot of salad and rice and beans

I feel good. My back and tummy still swollen. I get ichy spells on back where lipo was done... I love how I look in clothes.
