Pre op - waist narrowing without rib removal

Thought I should give an update.

I cancelled the surgery. After some deliberation I decided to split the BBL and rib reshaping, so I went to Dr Ersin in Istanbul, it was an amazing experience, I mean, it was painful and hard, but in terms of care and quality of treatment, I'm really happy I went to Dr Ersin, unfortunately, 5 months later, I must have lost weight or something because the fat on my hips disappeared in like a month and my butt became noticeably smaller, while still putting on some weight in my waist.
My genetics pretty much predicate me to this.

Anyway, I'm going to go to Dr Hugo Aguilar Villa in, Colombia later this year as he does something called RIBOSS, which is the rib reshaping with Osteosynthesis, which means he scores and breaks the ribs, but then uses titanium plates to hold them in place, making sure they don't change shape and negating the need to wear a corset for 3 months.

Im hoping to go in November. I feel like this is my last hope of not feeling like complete sh!t about my body for the rest of my life and constantly hiding away.

I'm a 37 year old trans woman who has been on HRT for the last 14 years.
Unfortunately my body shape is very male and nothing has helped solve that. It's given me tons of dysphoria to the point where I wanted to end it all because I feel disgusted by my body and feel disgusting in my clothes.
Earlier this year I found out about Dr Kudzaev who pioneered a surgery that cinches the waist without the need for rib removal. In the published journal, one of the patient photos is of a trans girl with a similar body shape and her results were amazing.
I finally felt like there was a way I could look normal as BBL alone would not give me a feminine figure.
Unfortunately due to the war in Ukraine, going to Russia to have Dr Kudzaev perform the procedure wasn't an option, neither was going to Kiev to do it at some of the surgeons he trained to do it.
I finally found Clinica Planas in Barcelona whoes surgeons were trained in it by Dr Kudzaev.
When doing the initial assessment, I was told I had too much adipose fat around my wait for me to get a good result and they suggested lipo at the same time, to which I requested that they transfer the fat into my hips and a bit to my butt.
They're hesitant to do the transfer due to the chance of fat embolism and it appears that they don't have much experience doing any king of BBL unfortunately.
But, due to the fact that this is the only place I can find in Europe that does it, I have decided to go through with the procedure.
I'm posting this for any other trans girls in my position who want to see what the real world results are for someone with my body shape.
