Hello its been a month I feel great. I went to see the Dr.V on Friday and he said all looks good healing nicely and I can start exercising, no Ab work yet but I can start running, I missed running!!!!! so I started today on the treadmill very slow it was different my boobs hurt at first but I put on two sports bras and I was ok. I did some arm workout too with 3 lbs wieghts it was good. Im glad to get back to being normal again. I'm not 100% but getting there. well here are some pictures the red mark above my bellybutton is sunburn its the only spot that didn't get sunscreen

9 days post op feeling great saw the Dr today and...

9 days post op feeling great saw the Dr today and he removed the stiches the ones on the belly did not hurt but the ones on the nipples did but it was over quick thank goodness. I go back to see him in 3 weeks. I love him and his staff they are all so nice. anyway my incision looks good healing very well and BB looks great I love it I have not had a Belly Button like that in 23 years. I am soooo happy. can't wait to go clothes shopping. I hope everyone is doing good. and if anyone can tell me how to put pictures on here from my iPhone that would be great thank you
