I went from a 34C to a 36DD after surgery. I got Nutrelle silicone high profile under the breast. I got liposuction from my inner thighs, lower abs, bra line in back, and my knees. I am 5'3" tall, weight fluctuates between 135-145. I started working out right at my 8 week point with what i felt comfortable with. I haven't had any issues with running as long as I have a full support bra on. I wore the body spanx for about four months. I drank a lot of water and Gatorade after surgery to help with swelling. Before surgery I stopped all herbal medicines and vitamins. I took two 500 mg of vitamin C, one multivitamin, and my Loratadine for allergies to prevent getting sick. Many vitamins and supplements cause bleeding so listen when the doctor states to stop using them. I was given a nausea patch on the day of surgery to put behind my ear which helped tremendously. They put the antibiotic in my IV so it will kill any germs lingering. I kept a log each day of my results and feelings to keep track. I was only given a three day supply of pain meds but did not use them because i really did not have any pain just tightness after the third day in breasts but if you have heat pads and ice packs they will be fine. Make sure you massage once they start feeling tight, I also made sure I wore my sports bra at night for awhile until i felt comfortable without it. They will drop better without a bra holding them up.
