Office review: Disappointed with Scheduling Requirements and No Longer Offering Some Services

Nothing negative about the Dr. himself as I did not get to meet him. I called to schedule a consult to learn Dr. is not accepting new injectable clients. I said that was fine wanted to consult on other matters. I was told he did not have any time until next February and that I would be charged $150 today, and non refundable. Can only be used as a credit. That is 8 months away and anything could occur by then. I understand a cancellation policy and such but I was surprised by this. I think it is important others that are calling for some services know of the policies and changes to his services. Disappointed but I suppose the open house I have read about was very successful. Additionally, I put in a request for a callback through this site and did not receive one. I had to follow up on my own and the receptionist was not very friendly.
