Do not go here! I have been coming here for years, sadly, a lot of changes were made after the onset of Covid this year. The biggest change is in this spa’s standard of care.
I received an injection on December 9, 2020, which resulted in an occlusion. The alarming fact is that I never received aftercare instructions, a follow-up call, or any sort of symptoms to look for if anything was wrong.
My cheek opened up three days post-injection. The flesh on my cheek became necrotic. Dr. Bijan Farrah who oversees the clinic could care less about the clients. Dr. Farrah prescribed me antibiotics and steroids, which I had to pay for, and refused to refund the amount of the injection, which was almost $1,500. On December 17, 2020, when I requested my medical file in writing, he tore up the request in my face.
Dr. Bijan Farrah is in breach of his fiduciary duty as a medical provider and his behavior is in direct violation of the Hippocratic oath he supposedly has taken. He will take any and all money from you and not just ignore you, but will outright disrespect you, should anything happen.
