Trying to Let Volbella Dissolve Naturally

Does it seem to be dissolving or has it just migrated? I’ve been massaging it. Can’t tell if it’s dissolving with time or if I’ve just flattened it and it’s become wider. Difference between the two photos is four months.

I received one syringe of Volbella about four months ago. It was either injected too superficially and/or overfilled and I have a very noticeable lump of filler. I’m very unhappy with the results. Hoping to receive feedback here as to whether the lump seems to have flattened at all.
