My experience at Dr.Yellen’s office has always been beyond 5 stars! They deserve10!!!! From the appointment with the sweet lady named Dana at the front desk, to the comfortable and private atmosphere of the office, and Patti who is so skilled and the BEST in doing laser, Botox, lips, or whatever you may need. I’ve been been seeing Patti since 2008 and normally don’t write reviews,but after my last couple treatments I had to write a review! I normally just get Botox and Patti literally studies my face and takes her time planning where I need the Botox. I have one brow that is naturally lower than the other and some how she makes my brows perfectly even! She definitely doesn’t just do everyone the same. Patti truly cares and is passionate about telling you what you need and don’t need. She always sends text or lets me know when she has sales and especially coupon codes! It’s almost like she gets excited for you to get coupons!
NOW for my latest procedures that have me so excited...BBL laser treatment and Volbella for the lips!
My face had some brown spots, unevenness, and the texture wasn’t very good. Patti did a BBL laser on my face. I was very nervous but she numbed my face, and thoroughly explained how the laser worked and what each pass with the laser was doing. The results were just as I had imagined and I can’t wait to get another one. There was no downtime. For a couple days all the brown spots came to the surface( they kinda looked like coffee grounds) and then just fell off! Amazing, then they fell off and my brown spots were gone!!
The other thing I ventured out and got done were my lips. I have thinner lips and as I have gotten older noticed some fine lines above the top. Also,it seems like one side of my bottom lip is naturally slightly plumper than the other. Patti studied my lips and talked about them with me as we looked in a mirror. I was terrified after looking at the procedure online BUT Patti was so careful and gentle that I barely felt a thing. What surprised me the most was that after I left the office and the following days, I had absolutely NO bruising and couldn’t even tell where she had injected! She decided on half a thing of Vobella for me. It looked so natural and smoothed out the lines around my mouth and gave me a subtle pout which I love!
All of this combined with the skin care products Patti has suggested have changed my skin for the better.
Oh and the office is super clean as well! Patti is very careful about germs and I always feel like everything is sanitized and fresh!
