Hello Real Selfers, I'm posting some pictures before and after the surgery. I realized one of my cheek was a bit fuller than the other one before the fat pad removal. Now they are even I think. See for yourself and let me know what you think.

It's definitely made a difference, and it can only get better in the next couple of months. I'm also having the same procedure along with chin lipo and chin implant in March. Was your overall experience good at the clinic, did they give you any antibiotics for infection?

First, I was a bit disappointed with the surgeon messing up my left side, where he couldn't find the fat pad in he center of the cheek, so he made few extra incision up and it made my left cheek swollen and painful. But it's not his fault - I just had to be a special case and have that fat elsewhere :D. My right cheek didn't almost swell, since he already knew where to search for the fat pad.

Other than that, I can't complaint about anything yet. I also got antibiotics, just in case some infection, but I stopped taking them after 5 days I think. Anyway it's kind of an odd surgery, I feel like I can never know what my face is going to look like after the fat pad has been removed. I hoped everything will work just okay for me. I wish you best of luck. I actually had a chin lipo about 2 months before the BFP removal, and it worked great with me. Chin lipo changes the face and neck so well.

I just noticed you'll be treated here in Prague by the same surgeon! That's so great - I really hope the results will meet your expectations. Your face is already very pretty, so you're going to be even prettier after thre surgery!

You can totally see the difference, and you look great! I can't wait to one day sooner than later get that same surgery. Can I ask what did you tell people who didn't know you got that surgery? I'm planning to say I had my wisdom teeth pulled out, would that be believable? They would probably think I'm crazy if I told them what it really was.

Oh thank you, that's so sweet, you too!! :) I must admit I was really impressed with the clinic and Dr Molitor, he made me feel at ease and told me about all the risks, main one being infection which I'm nervous about, but hopefully it will go OK. I am due to go at the end of March so I'll let you know how it goes. I'm sorry that it was quite painful for you but everyday that goes by, it will get better :)

I didn't stay at the hotel, I live in the same area where the clinic is. I think he wants you to stay in Prague longer so he can check you after the surgery, he needs to see how the recovery goes. I was only in pain for about a week, I hope you'll be alright after the surgery as soon as possible.

Major swelling is gone

Hi RealSelfs, I'm sorry for wrong counting the days post op.
I'm happy about the major swelling being finally gone. I still have a little bump on one side of the cheek, and my mouth is still not completely healed. I can normal food for almost a week now. Still not sure it was worth it, but I guess ill have to give it some more time.
