The day of surgery I met Dr. Yilly for the first time she never asked me what my expectations of this surgery were. She did not have anyone to translate. She marked me up and I had the surgery. A week out post op I developed a serious case of seroma when I returned home it persisted developing a capsule under my skin causing a bulge making me look as if I were pregnant. I was emotionally devestated and I would not advise anyone to go to Dr. Yily for any cosmetic procedure. I am not naturally large but I wanted a more sexier appearance. I am done having children and this tummy tuck is motivation to get my sexy back and first step to the new me.I initially went to the Dominican Republic and had my tummy tuck procedure with Dr. Yily de les santos who botched my tummy tuck and left me with a deformity. I then researched the doctors in the United States and my local area Dr. Alspaugh is the best and he left me with a beautiful result. The staff is excellent, and they are compassionate to the needs of their patients. Its only been 3 weeks post I have much swelling but once the swelling subsides my results and shape will improve.
