I was having terrible vaginal atrophy and dryness...

I was having terrible vaginal atrophy and dryness after quitting hormone replacement therapy. I was hoping this procedure would help with this. This was a three appointment procedure that is hoped to help with the problem. I feel that there was some improvement but not sure if because of my age (63), I am beyond great improvement. There may be more improvement eventually but at this point I am not sure yet.

Dr. Lopes was awesome and made the whole situation very comfortable. Maggie is an absolute gem and she and Jane both were really kind and sensitive in an awkward situation. I love this practice and how they approach this with candor and open mindedness. I was always at ease and confident they were doing their absolute best for me.

It is now July and my good results only lasted for a month or so. I am back to using Replens or one of the other vaginal lubricants three times a week. I feel like it was a waste of money and am actually having some problems with pain on penetration that I did not have before. I am going to have to see my gynecologist and don't know how to present her with this. I am also back to spotting after intercourse which is so disheartening.
