Hi everyone. I am a 30 year old mom of three who is finally getting some boobs! I never had any breast. Growing up, I was barely a B cup. During first few days of engorgement I was a D cup and I was a solid C cup. After being either pregnant or breastfeeding for 5 straight years, I am left with severely asymmetrical, deflated breasts. I started doing research last year after I stopped breastfeeding my l last child. My consult was today and I am having surgery in 10 days! My doctor is awesome! I couldn't be in better hands. I am beyond excited.

I am also having my BA on the 28th! Glad I came across your profile, I am a small a cup, going for 440-480cc smooth round sientra silicone implants, I am excited yet freaking out Ive never had surgery before, I'm a bundle of nerves one minute I'm pumped the next I'm scared lol good luck !

I'm not sure yet I should know by Friday, they take more challenging cases first so he said I will be later afternoon which is terrible because I can't eat or drink all day

You are in great hands with Dr. Hubbard. He is such a perfectionist but he is also very honest about the results he expects to achieve with any surgery. He did 2 of my procedures and I couldn't have been happier with the outcomes. Good luck with the surgery - I'm sure you'll do great!

So today was my pre-op appointment. Everyone at my PS's office really took their time to explain everything. I finally got to try on the sizers and as I expected I wanted the biggest implant offered, 500 ccs. After discussing the possible risks involved, I went down to 475cc (what a difference!). It was really just for peace of mind. One of my breasts are extremely larger so one will be slightly larger or smaller than this number. My larger breast also has significant sag but my PS is hoping the augmentation will be enough to correct it. It is no coincidence that this breast was the one favored by all of my children during breastfeeding. One other issue is that my ribs on my larger (left) side have a slope towards my armpit all of these minor issues will have an effect on my result and the post-op instructions by my P.S.

I got 450 and 475 moderate profile saline mentor under the muscle under the crease incision. Loving them so far :) Im also 5'5 125, what are your stats? Can you post more pictures?

I forgot to give details about my stats. I am 5'8 and 146 lbs (the heaviest I have ever been w/o being pregnant). But other than my tummy (and breasts) I am happy with the way the weight is distributed. I believe my breast width is around 13 cm. Although my chest is bony, the dr said I have broad shoulders and a wide chest. The max cc my PS uses is 500 so we are going slightly less than that.
On a side note I feel like I have minimal support. When I try to talk to one of the few people I feel comfortable sharing this experience with they seem uninterested. Thank goodness I have you lovely ladies.

we have very similar stats! I also went for 525ccs and am 6 days post op.
I'm sorry you feel unsupported by your peers. unfortunately in life we can't control how everyone else reacts butu we can control how we react so I'm glad you have chosen to turn to the lovely ladies here for support and understanding.

Thank you. Yes. I am glad I am doing this for myself because I would have feelings of regret. Especially since my husband has been moody and picking fights with me ever since I picked a date for surgery. Oh well. He can't steal my joy!

WOW!!! I'm sorry your Hubby is acting that way toward you. Maybe he thinks he'll lose you cause you would look even more beautiful after the surgery. Guessing he's insecure. But it's you, you want it for you and you only!!! That's what's important here not how someone else feels. Cause you have to live with this not no one else! Happy Surgery planning!!
