I have surgery in the morning and I am so nervous! I am changing my body permanently! My breast have been good to me. They nourished two beautiful boys. But now it is time to look and feel like a woman! My goal is to go from a barely a cup to a c cup. The doc ordered two sizes, 375 and 425. He is going to see what size will fit better. I will update more after tomorrow!!

Had my surgery yesterday we ended up going with 425cc. So I have a feeling I am going to be bigger than a c-cup.:/:). I can't wait to see them! Get ready to be super sore! And my little one doesn't understand why mommy can't pick him up so I hide from him. Out of sight out of mind.

Hope you are feeling better and the pain subsides soon. I'm worried about my little guy. He's also going to be upset that I can't pick him up. Id love to see your before and after pics. I'm trying to decide on 375cc or 400cc

I didn't take before pics. The doc did when I go back on Friday I will see if I can take a pic of a pic:). My little one is about 15 months and is really having a hard time. I think he is part of the reason I am so sore. But everything else is going great. Hardly any bruising. I am sitting very high still and probably will be for awhile. I posted an after pic.

Thanks! What day is your surgery? Do you have someone to watch your little one? We took him to daycare yesterday and it made such a huge difference in him when he came home. Are you going under the muscle?

Glad daycare helped! How are you feeling? I have surgery next Thursday , the 26th. My mom in law is coming to help with the kids for a week. My little guy is still only about me though. He's almost 2?and has lots of energy and he still wants to sleep with me. Oh well, I'm sure that time will pass by quickly and before you know it we will be all healed and enjoying our new girls.

It's going to be rough with him. You need to sleep elevated and it is very hard to move when you are in bed

Is your mil close to your kids? I am on day three and I am still pretty sore.

The my older girls are close to her but my boy doesn't even want daddy when I'm around. I'm going to have to hide in my room. Are you using one of those memey foam triangular pillows to sleep upright?

Lol yeah that's what I do. No just two pillows behind me upright and one pillow on each side of me supporting my arms. I was feeling better yesterday though.

Hello!!! I have surgery on Monday with dr Hubbard and I am soooo nervous. I am 37 and have also nursed two babies. I therefore hav a small amount of sagging... I was told that initially that sag would be exaggerated due to the implant sitting up high. And that may take weeks or even months to settle. So I am freaking out!!! No bra and crazy boobs for so long? Lol. I am so scared. How are you feeling? You don't have a "before" pic, but it doesn't look as if you had any sagging, so you may not be able to encourage me too much!! Haha

I didn't have much sagging, basically loose skin. I wore a 32a but I didn't need it. I looked like a boy. I literally have no breast tissue. I am all implant. And I am still sitting very high. And it looks really crazy. I am happy not wearing a bra though. The first couple hours with out the wrap are a bit painful but it gets better. I am still sore. My one year old isn't seeing the humor in the fact that I can't pick him up. The procedure was pretty simple. You won't be sitting around long at all. The staff is very friendly. You will be happy once it all settles down!

I am probably a full B cup technically. So I do have tissue. I am going with a pretty small implant. I liked the look of 225cc. I even thought about going smaller... I have a four year old who LOVES to snuggle her Mama, so hopefully she will be careful. Lol. I am sure I will be happy once the implant has relaxed. I just hope I don't freak out at first!!!

Finally going without pain pills. Not seeing alot of change with my boobs yet, but my range of motion is almost to normal. Still a little bloated the colace kicked in yesterday. Went to the bathroom three times! Started to try on swimming suits but I feel like I still look funny so no pics just yet. Have another appt today. Ready to get out of the house. All this ice is driving me crazy! I want to go outside but afraid of falling!

I bought two nice boobie ice packs and my doctor said no ice! I didnt ask why because I'd just come out of surgery and I was still half out of it because of the Anesthisia.
