I have organic protein, organic powder food, and one product to detox my body.
A lot of coconut water, lemon water and just water. Very important is organic vitamin c

And a lot of fruits and vegetables.

But I am kind of sad.
I never had a good buttock shape, but whit the years it became worse.
So this bbl helps me a lot, but my buttocks did not obtain the round shape that I wanted.
Maybe I need some especial massage to get a pretty good form?

How was your face night I'm leaking LIke crazy. My doctor only gave me one drain because he want My fluids to leak freely. Did you drained alot??

Yes, my surgery was July 1 at the 8am.
Around 3 pm I was going home, but I was worried because my cloths was full of liquid with so me blood, mi doctor told me that it was normal.
When I got home I walked like 20 min, then I went to bed and at the morning my bed had yellow spots with blood.

Oh and my doctor didn't use any drained.
I am taking limfatic massages.

For my just one thing is a hell, the way I have to sleep.

O wow did the doctor tell you why you lost your round foam? Did you wear your garment 24/7

I'm tired of being in the house are you able to wear cloths did you swelling go down. Do you feel normal..I miss my normal life ugh

Yes I have 24 hours my garments.
The first days I used medium size, a week latter I use small, now I am using xx2 small.
The massages are helping me a lot.
I have a woman who come to my home to do limphatic massages.
You should use the most tight gargment.
Then put foam inside of it. You see it!!

I bought a use frame bed, then I went to Maryland, there is an storage, over there they sell foamy, they have diferent kind of foam. I bought two types, one normal type for the bottom of the bed and the other one, the kind of foam which is used in Seally or posturopedic bed..
They cut the foam, for you, so I have te measurement of a twin bed, but I told the man to cut in the middle of the foam a round form circle.
Because I cannot sleep gave down I had breast implants too and abdominoplastia.

And yes, sometimes I am pretty bored.
I can't sleep pretty well the pain killer give me diarrhea.
So since the fourth day or my surgery I suspendes these.
