Tight back and stomach
Ugh I been walking around these last couple ssg of days in pain and it was unbearable. I called the ps office and they asked have I been using the bathroom (poop). I realized I haven't had a normal bowel movement in days. After taking milk of magnesia and doing my business I feel 100% better. No more pain or stiffness unbelievable

Hey girl!! I'm so amazed at your progress and how GREAT you look! I'm on day 3 post op and I'm feeling the same way. Since you said you hadn't took a poop but doing so made you feel 100% better, how was it for the first time? I haven't been yet and I'm scared b/c I don't want to sit down and not sure if it's going to come like regular.
Hey honey I didn't sit down. Brace yourself lol. I lift up the toilet seat and took care of business. I refused to sit on my booty gurl.
I just stoop over the toilet and aims carefully. It doesn't hurt. Eat plenty of veggies and drink water and worse case take the milk of magnesia. However you need to poop hun don't wait to long and be careful with that milk d magnesia IT'S NO JOKE

Hey anyway as long as we go. Do you feel better? How are you doing? Did you get a lymphatic massage? My doc didn't recommend it
Hey I definitely feel better! My bowel movements are definitely regular now.. Just by eating right I feel. Since surgery I've had two lymphatic massages and will continue them until I return back to work. Are you nervous about returning back? I feel I still can't stand straight/or for long periods without needing to lean on something. How many CC's did you get?
Hey hun I received 1000 cc each. I return to work 4 AUG. I'm nervous about being able to fit my uniform. Im still swollen and stiff. I haven't had any massages but the swelling is leaving.
Now I'm super nervous about my outcome. My surgeon gave me 2000 cc each and I'm feeling like it may take longer to recover with that much!! I know for sure I'll need a new uniform so Thursday I'm going to base to try on a couple and get then altered.. That's IF I make it out there b/c I haven't driven yet.. I got a massage today and that felt so good.. I'm just doing any and everything I can think of to reduce my swelling to be good to return bck to work on the 1st...
