At first they seem a little big but that is normal due to swelling. They settle down later. They feel natural and wonderful. I am 5' 9" and 177. Mine are Mentor silicon gel high profile implants. The silicon gel feel more natural than saline.

From extensive reading on the experiences of others who have had Breast surgery, I expected much much worse pain and for a much longer duration. Mine was not as bad as expected and only for three or four days. I took the prescribed Percocet for pain and Soma as a muscle relaxer which helped manage the pain. Everyone experiences pain differently so it is hard to predict. That being said - the pain Is well worth the wonderful experience of having perfect BREASTS.
