Breast Implant Downsize from 225cc to 150cc After 1 Year

I've been meaning to do an update, but been too busy. I got a few comments/requests for update lately, so here it is.
The squareness had improved much, still some there but not as noticeable.
To be completely honest, the breasts are not as perfectly round underneath as before revision, but I love them. I really do not feel conscious about them anymore. I'm confident to show them off now no longer hiding them like before. They look absolutely cute in clothes, certainly like real ones :). I just want to look like a confident flat-chest and this is what I got. I told my hubby I took my implants out, I think he suspected it but we don't talk about it. A lady has to have her secrets :)
Now, no offence to anyone at all, and it's really a matter of taste, but I really think very big breasts are a little out dated. So, trust your own judgement and do not be talked into anything bigger than your original plan. DO your research.

7 days update
Took off my bandages today and I found square boobs, more so on the left handside. A little panic. My doctor said it was because the stitches had been resorbed yet and so they are straight lines and giving the boob that square shape. He said after the stitches desolve by themselves, this would go. I'm very happy with the small size that even if this doesn't improve very much, I'm happy still. Pain wise: very little
Dr ok to ditch the strapping bra, I can wear whatever bra I like, which I can't be bother with any atm
Loose skin: uhm there was some at the beginning but it seems to be disappearing too fast! I think they firm up a lot, much like before revision, hence thw no bra and I stop Bio oil too. I like they squishy :) plus I planed to tell my husband that I took my implants out when I see him in a few days, but they firm up so quickly that I'm not sure if I can get away with it! Happy new year ladies.

Do u mind me ask how tall are u and weight? Im doing mine very soon so trying to determine size also. He told me I can't go down too much Cus of the pockets....

I had 240 cc teardrop shaped gummy bear implants and had them removed because they felt very big for my petite frame and very firm. I am thinking of getting small round silicone implants - 150 cc or below. Are you happy you had the revision to smaller implants? Do they feel/look natural? Thanks for your advice!
I am. I would have been miserable with the larger implants. Now I feel like I can move on with my life and not concentrate on them anymore. They look very natural, noone would ever think they not real since they are small :), on one side I can't feel the implant but on the other side i can, it had always been like that, I guess I don't have much tissue on that side

Yes, mostly, but I love them, smaller and cuter :)

I never hated my breasts before BA, I wanted BA not to have big breasts, just a little bigger so that I don't look flat when I'm not wearing any bra, and so I can wear all those cute backless outfits. The first BA gave me breasts, but I felt that they certainly did not look like "No BA", which is what I want, sneaky I know :)

Thank you for sharing your story. I'm also considering downsizing from 260 cc, and going under the muscle. I'm mostly concerned with the projection as I want a 'no BA look' like you. Did you ever consider low profile implants, and are you happy with the slope? Would you have a picture taken from the side?

Did you get a breast lift as well ?! Going from a 225 to 150?
I did not, just 325cc silicone
