Crooked Lipo?

I recieved side lipo, though it wasn't planned. I feel and have for over a month that it's a little lopsided. Depending on how I arch my back and tilt, I can make it look even, but it's not my natural posture that has it look good. I don't know if deep tissue massage can help but I don't intend to spend any money on lipo.

11 week update

I am not losing weight again, I seem stuck at my pre surgery weight. And that is a bummer. I started to do some workout challenges daily a month ago and may have toned up a little but overall not much result so far, sit ups are still uncomfortable so I am trying other things to work my flabby sides and such.

I am really unhappy with my incision and will most likely head in for a revision, not sure if I'll use my current surgeon or find someone else. It's just got a big u shape in the center, most shorts I've tried to wear half of it pokes out so that's not cool.
I also have loose skin mostly all along the incision and what I think people refer to as a shelf. The incision is under the belly, and the belly doesn't hang but there's a definite indent that makes it look ugly to me.

The scarring is right now purple or brownish maybe.. my belly button just looks like a butthole pardon the language :) It scarred so much that it was mentioned a few day post op that he could revise it. I sure hope it gets revised. I don't go walking around showing off these results as of yet which I hope as some point I can do with satisfaction, not worry about the jagged line and the butthole button and the ponch shelf.

So I feeling down about it, I am still getting random pains in around the belly button, usually pretty sharp, sometimes I feel like I can feel a knot or twist where the muscles stitched back together inside there, and it hurts to touch, then it's not there, so I don't know.

My post op appointments have been mostly, oh you look good, and if you don't think you look good we'll show you your pre op photos and not alot of concern when I thought there was a little seroma fluid (making that shelf look) or loose skin, crooked lines.

I'll post some new photos later also to show what I'm talking about and it's unprettiness!
