5/6 month rhino review
I'm sorry I have not updated in a while, I suffered a severe fall (fell down a flight of concrete stairs while holding my 1 yr old he did not even have a scratch & is okay thank GOD) which left me unable to walk for almost a month(crutches and RT knee damage) then my dear aunt dies of stage 4 liver cancer which leaves me completely devastated not only for her kids she left behind but for my mom losing a sister too, anyways the last thing on my mind was taking selfies of my nose. So here I am in direct sunlight in the car and at home. Tip more defined, slightly dropped but not too much. Hope this helps.

Yes that was always my fear too but I think it was a combination of him being so big and heavy and wearing my 3 inch shoes that did it for me lol but I'm much better now. How are you doing?

I'm so glad you're doing better. I am good! Been really busy with my 2yr old and online school. I don't know if I'll ever sleep again. Lol

3 months post-op
Tip still dropping and looks more defined (thank you God!) So far I am expecting my nose to look better as time goes by, I cannot wait until all swelling is gone forever! ever!

Love your results. You look stunning.. In my personal opinion, you got perfect results!! My "before nose" in nearly identical to yours so I've been following your journey. I am considering Dr. G for my rhinoplasty this year but became hesitant after learning he was faking reviews..... But I see his work and am impressed. Mixed emotions! Anyways, congratulations on your oh so stunning nose! XX

Easy killer! I was just curious. I think the fact that doctors market through false reviews is sad, although it is to be expected because that's the business. It's scarey when trying to find a doctor online. im so glad i chose Dr. G but im also empathetic to those trying to sift through bs on the internet. False reviews are a deterrent because they promote the surgeon as putting business above the patient and as liars. Which IS a negative thing that we shouldn't have to just suck up and accept as truth.
With that said, i found dr g to be very straight forward and honest, however he may have a PR rep who isn't honest. That's going to impact his business and image negatively.
This website is here exactly for this reason...helping people find the truth between good marketing and "Real" people's experience...so no i won't move on

Sorry I misunderstood you! I must've read someone else's comment about using dr.g but whoever you use I hope he does what you want him to. I am shocked to hear about him faking reviews almost in disbelief but I truly had a genuinely good experience in dealing with him so far.

So far I am really impressed by him being so young and so well educated and his polite-non forceful way of dealing with patients should be every doctors standards. I'm almost pretty sure if anyone got anything botched by him he might be one of those doctors that take care of their mistake so you don't go parading through the Internet with pics of the botched job. That's just my opinion but it's hard to judge too harshly when you're happy with the results this far.

I was in disbelief as well. But after extensive research unfortunately I found it was true. BUT. Because of what I found does not mean I think he is a poor surgeon. In fact he is still in my top two. It just kind of threw me a curve ball. People make mistakes and it clearly doesn't lessen his talent. I continuously see amazing results (yours being my favorite) and will definitely be consulting with him.... And may even chat with him about the reviews to ease my mind. Anyhow! Extensive research... I went through many forums and chatted with people... Definitely threw me q curve ball... But, he is still in my top two surgeons... People make mistakes.. Some larger than others... And it clearly does not affect his talent.. It is something that I would talk to him about at a consultation though if I decided to go through... Otherwise it will always be in the back of my head... That's just me, though!

It's also what they write when they're genuinely happy for someone! It's sad you assume people have bad motives, most of us here are sincerely happy for anyone who likes their outcome regardless of who they are or where they had it done. It's such a hard experience we rejoice with anyone and everyone who is pleased at the other side.
