I entered and was automatically greeted. My session was right on time and the workers explained everything throughly. I was told I would feel a bit sore the next day and I did. Those sit-ups worked haha. After my session, I felt less bloated, which is plus for me! I would definitely go back to try different machines and this same machine for my butt area as well.
