WORTH IT

I went to NYCBODY in NY. This is wild! It feels like the most intense workout ever, but controlled. It wasn't painful but very strong. I might be sore tomorrow but like going to the gym. This is an intelligent machine. I did Emsculpt before and there's NO comparison. Will continue.

Did it feel like emsculpt? I can’t handle emsculpt, I find it horribly uncomfortable, like contractions during child birth
