I'm 46 years old and decided it was time to do something about my square butt and the hanging fat on my stomach. I've put both my children through college so I figured why not do me now and my kids and hubby where alll for it! I've been researching on real self for several years and Dr.Salama for some reason always caught my attention his reviews are wonderful yes u have a few that are not content with the outcome but it's expected. As for my experience with Dr.Salama he is absolutely wonderful an artist he does give big booties ladies and small waist don't sleep on him he is humble down to earth great bed side manner and tell u the truth as far as what can be achieved on your type of body and what cannot he explains everything to you his staff Cynthia, Noime the nurses the anesthesiologist are superb very, very caring and professional.. I have no regrets I'm on my third day after surgery I already see results on my waist and thank you, thank you no more square butt.. I will be coming back to doctor Salama no question about that.. Well good luck ladies with whomever u choose and safe healing I will post before and after pics soon :)
