Three more treatments

So, I’ve decided to do three more Vela Shape treatments for my lower tummy. I’ve been doing my lower abdominal work out 5 times a week for a month and been cutting out carbs and almost all dairy, which seems to all be helping. Here’s two recent pictures from 3 Vela Shapes, diet, and minimal exercise. I’ll follow up after the next three treatments.

I have done 3 Vela shape treatments and been doing a 5 minute lower abdomen work out for a month; here are my results so far. A bit of advice, after a Vela Shape you want to drink lots and lots of water, tons, it will help flush out the fat cells and with skin elasticity. I only drink water and a cup of coffee each day, so this was easy for me, luckily. Also, right after treatments I would put my waist cincher on for about 4-6 hours. I’m pretty happy with my results so far. I’m considering another three treatments, which would be the max they suggested. Thanks for reading ladies.
