Damaged due to laser - very dry skin, fat loss, volume loss

I had the vbeam laser about 1 month ago and my skin is ruined. I have been experiencing very dry skin, fat loss, volume loss. I am so disappointed that I did not do enough research before having this done. I am very worried what the future holds for my skin, but would like to know other peoples experiences. I am already a very skinny person and cannot afford to lose anymore fat on my face. This has been very stressful and difficult. I have been trying to be hopeful that in time things will get better but after reading it does not seem that is always the case. Any recommendations on products or possible procedures, I have looked into fat grafting but will do no other lasers or major procedures.
