Drains out....finally
I’ve been back home now for most a week and finally drains have minimized collecting to the point I could have them pulled today. I was dreading it terribly as I had heard horror stories, but wasn’t bad at all!!
Finally, real shower tomorrow which will help me feel much more human. So far, feeling like a stinky, dirty mess.

The backstory.....
These pics were from immediately after surgery. I was supposed to have hernia repair but had some problems during surgery so due to safety issues, will do that at a later date.
From the surgery center I was transported to Trinity Cottage to be observed after surgery. It was pricey, but worth every dollar. I cannot say enough good things about Soemaya and Jamie. They were caring and attended to my every need.

Trying to catch up....
Here are some before pics that were taken immediately prior to surgery. I had muffin top deformity from prior abdominal surgery and lots of back fat and bra rolls. In general, a very boxy shape. I’m having difficulty with the uploads but will post after in a few minutes if I can get this to work.
