One week afternoon photos

The light is different, but if there was a big difference, it would be visible... I am worried that after all that the operation implied this is all the difference. I expected the waist bone to be the peak of the curve ( and apologies for my English, it is not my first language)

Professional, Pain Free

I had a problem with my "violín shape" Since a teenager, I Am 40 now and felt it was time to solve it.
The procedure was great, no pain and conscious all the time, I had sedation and local anesthesia and went home in about 3 Hours. I had some discomfort the first night but no need to use the prescribed pain killers.
Today it is exactly a week after and pain is practically gone. Now: I Can't see much diference... I hope it is due to swelling. My weight the Day the operation was 52,8 kilograms, height 168 centimetres. Today I Am 54,5 kilograms. I Don't Know What to think. I feel great, but fear not to see much of a change. I workout as part of my normal life since...well, since my 20s, but my waist and flanks were a problem for me.
Is it normal that I Don't see much difference?
