Highly Recommend Dr Precht

I had a wonderful experience here, starting with the consultation appointment. Dr Precht was very kind and didn't make me feel embarrassed at all about my body. I got a surgery appointment for 3 weeks after my consultation. At the pre-op appointment 1 week before surgery, I was given very detailed care information and they answered all my questions. I had full abdomen, upper back, waist, hips, arms, and inner thighs done. Dr Precht removed about 2.6L of fat total and I lost around ~8lbs after surgery but I think some of it was from following a stricter diet. I'm gonna try and list out some detailed experiences because I really appreciated the people who left daily updates! DAY OF SURGERY Arrived at the office in the morning. Changed into the super sexy (lol) undergarment set and the anesthesiologist came to put in my IV. Dr Precht then came to take my "before" photos and then I was brought into the OR (maybe around 11:30am/12pm). I remember laying down and immediately being covered in warm blankets, then the anesthesiologist injecting something into my IV (she told me what it was but I don't remember), and then the next thing I know, I'm waking up on the table (guessing it was around 4:30?). I was pretty groggy and disoriented. I was dressed in the compression garment and the clothes I brought. There were pads covering each incision site under the garment. I don't remember a lot but I remember being in a lot of pain especially on the car ride home. I took an Oxy on the way home and maybe an hour later, I actually felt no pain at all. I walked around a lot for the rest of the night and took Tylenol. DAY 1 Was in a bit of pain the entire day. Took Oxy and Tylenol throughout the day. Tried to walk as much as possible. I did shower, and didn't realize that lightheadedness could take a few minutes to set in after removing the compression garment and I almost fainted in the shower lol so definitely be careful with that. My incisions were still draining a lot so I taped maxi pads all over myself. DAY 2 Pain got worse on this day, continued to take Oxy and Tylenol. I think I stayed in bed most of the day. Sitting was extremely uncomfortable, I could pretty much only stand or lay down. I slept a lottt.  DAY 3 This was the worst day for me. Pain was really bad, almost cried out of frustration at barely being able to move. DAY 4 Things started slowly improving here. I think I stopped taking Oxy on this day and this was the first day I felt the urge to poop since surgery. I couldn't poop though lol. DAYS 5 Post-op appointment on this day. Nurse checked my incisions and taught me how to self massage. My inability to poop was becoming painful. DAY 6 Had my first lymphatic drainage massage. The therapist I saw had many years of experience working with post-liposuction patients! Pain continuing to slowly decrease and mobility slowly increased. Still couldnt poop. The first week was definitely really difficult for me. The worst part was probably sleeping because I have a hard time sleeping on my back and I couldn't lay on my sides or stomach without immense pain. Every time I rolled or moved, I felt like someone was tearing my skin off my body. I felt like a baby because I read other peoples' reviews and they went back to work after a few days and stuff so I'm not sure why I had such a hard time, maybe because I had so many areas done? It was probably around 2 weeks before I could even be comfortable sitting lol.  But after that first week, each day was better than the last and by week 3-4 I was feeling really good. I'm now 2+ months post-op and I feel amazing. Pretty much completely normal except sometimes when I stretch a part of my body, I'll still get that feeling where your skin is ripping off your body (not really painful anymore though, just a bit uncomfortable) but I read that that feeling lasts several months.  Another super important thing is that I have been getting post-surgery massages since Day 6 post-op. I have done the massages 2-3 times a week for 2 months now. I plan on continuing them for another several weeks. I am still wearing a compression garment to sleep every night.  I absolutely don't regret getting the surgery though. The several days of pain was worth it and Dr Precht does an amazing job. I feel like she really sculpted my body and made me curvier than I was before (yay!). I am confident in my body again. I also felt like she and her office really care about each individual patient. The anesthesiologist texted me the night before surgery and Dr Precht called me the day after to check in. I was impressed with the level of personal care. I can't recommend this office enough.
