Permantly Scarred....

I treated with Dr. Cole's office in the past and had a wonderful experience interacting with him, so I chose him again to have a procedure known as Vanquish performed for some stubborn fat on my thighs. Dr. Cole did not perform the procedure, but rather one of the medical techs/assistants in the office. I was told by the tech that Vanquish was a painless procedure, however, my thighs were burning during the procedure and I notified the assistant of this, but the settings were never adjusted. A few hours after I completed my first treatment of vanquish I developed 2 blisters on my thighs. I immediately called the office to notify them of my issue and they gave me an appointment to come in to have the doctor inspect the blisters. When I did see the doctor the following week I was recommended not to continue the treatments and to let the scars heal. I am leaving two stars instead of one because Dr. Cole is actually a great doctor, however, for future patients, be mindful when you are being treated by the medical techs/assistants. Demand to see the doctor before you have any procedure done. Even the non-invasive kind. I did not get to see him for this particular procedure and maybe if I had I would not have to write this review about being scarred from a procedure that was supposed to be painless.
