Back At the Hotel
Finally arrived back to my Hotel about 5pm and was damn near dragged through the lobby, onto, the elevator and into the room. Thank God My Husband was there, he undressed me cleaned me up gave me meds and put me into bed with a clean nightie. God Bless his Soul! (Smile) cause with all that damn Blood I? don’t know if I? coulda done it for him.. I? know I? know that sounds So Shady???????????
I? woke up hours later to a little discomfort but No pain. Took my Meds and was up again.
Greedy Behind was ready to eat again! Smdh
Got something to eat and was looking at him sleeping and had the Nerve to be Mad at him for being sleepy! Girl check me out! I? must of stayed up like 1am and finally felt like getting back in bed piled p a bunch of pillows under my lower back and another pile under my thighs and woke my husband up to help me adjust myself in bed and give me my meds. YES DOLLS I? slept on my back that first Night out of Surgery. DON’T JUDGE!!! Lol ...side eye
Day 2 Post-Op
Well I don’t have to tell y’all how Day 2 began causing if you’ve read any 1 of my previous post you probably can guess by now it started with a good Breakfast and I honestly believe that’s why I had no Naseau or vomiting ???? Ewww Or That’s the Story I’m Telling And gonna Stick With It!! (Cause any excuse to eat!!)????
Today I had another appointment with Vanity for a Message.
Once again I didn’t wait long, called me within minutes. Note:I really don’t think The Messages at Vanity.. Eres or whatever they call themselves nowadays are anything to speak of at best It is sooth but I don’t think they are affective for anything but improving circulation in case post-op patients are just laying around and not getting their blood circulating cause they just rub you ever so gently with warm lotion ... that’s just my opinion???????????
I Say that because Day 3 I got my drains taken out and got a Message and boy you There is a big difference!!! Let me tell you about that..........

At Vanity For Post Op Appointment
Ladies There is nothing Worse than a Bunch of Rude Ignorant Women talking Loud, Cursing and just plain Ole Ghetto behavior in someone else’s place of Business. Not only were some of the clients and their friends Rude to the Staff but also the other patrons. Couldn’t wait for my name to get called and go to the Back!! Uggh!!
***Note Really didn’t wait long but Some of the loudmouths were complaining about the wait, Really believed the Staff was making them wait on Purpose for being Nasty !!????
Dr Fisher and his Nurse Juliette checked me out looked at my drains, said everything looked Fine and told me it was ok to bath standing in the shower but avoid the drains, insicions and sutures From getting wet!! He also let me know that he Knew I? had already bathed cause It was no way I? had no Stains or anything on my bandages or Garment!! ???????????? Busted!!
He just warned me to be very careful and use alcohol or peroxide around the incisions to keep them from getting infected. Other than that He strongly encouraged my to keep them clean and dry!
Dr’s follow-up Visit completed now off to the Car!! Oh Ih Wait Ladies I?Forgot to Tell You 1 thing important!!! How to travel without sitting on the transferee Fat Area
Well personally, Couldn’t See myself sitting on my Knees facing Backwards in the Rented S.U.V. Looking Crazy in the Miami Streets...Plus The Fact “ I’m a Lady!!” (As Wanda from Living Color would Say!!)
So what I did was move the front passenger seat as far up as possible placed my Boppy Pillow on the Very edge of the back Seat and l sat on the pillow so that my thighs rested On the Boppy, Leaning all the way forward holding onto the front passenger seat. This worked Beautifully for me my Booty did not touch the seat at all!! And ride around comfortably.. Like a Queen ????????
Cause Y’all know I’m A Lady! Lol

I liked Dr Fisher and honestly I am satisfied with my results. That being said I do believe Dr. Fisher could have given me more volume to the bottom of my buttocks (cuff) like I asked. Looking at his post-op pictures I believe he gives everyone more of a shelf booty and not a upside-down heart. I expressed to him I did not want a shelf (aka getto booty) but preferred what I consider a more attractive heart shape. It is what it is!
