8 months post op!

Y’all, I can’t believe it’s been 8 months. So incredibly happy with my results. I go back for my 8 month appt tomorrow, hoping it will be my last! I have been getting injections to help with some raised scarring–I do not scar well at all. This will be my 4th round of injections but I am seeing noticeable improvement. Not quite as red and raised as before. I cannot tell you enough how much this procedure has changed my life—my attitude, self confidence, and overall happiness. I never realized how much it was affecting me before. If you are on the fence, I encourage you to do lots of research and decide what’s right for you! In my case, this was 100% the right decision. So thankful!

Got sized today!
BLA12aJanuary 16, 2018
I had my 8 week post op appt last week. Everything is still going great. Dr said thigs are looking perfect. Right side (which had the slightly larger implant) is still a tiny bit higher. He recommending to keep doing massages on that side for a few more weeks. I was also given the ok to start wearing normal bras now! Yay! I was getting so tired of the sports bras. I finally went and got sized today. I am a VS girl...all my bras and workout clothes are from Victoria’s Secret so I was was excited to get an official size. 32DD...say what? I did not expect that! But I will say I think the final size is perfect. Definitely glad I didn’t go any larger but also glad they aren’t smaller. They truly are perfect! Will try to post some more pictures soon.

I’m having a mommy makeover with Dr. Vanderpool April 3rd, I hope my breast turn out as amazing as yours!

Oh, how exciting! I wish you the best of luck. You will love Dr. Vanderpool. He is amazing! And I am beyond happy with my augmentation! I can’t wait to hear how your mommy makeover goes! I so wish I could’ve done the tummy tuck as well but he recommended waiting a few years since I have a one year old. Will you be doing a review of your experience?

6 weeks!
BLA12aDecember 31, 2017
Everything is healing well and feeling great! I do think I have a Mondor’s cord on my right side. It’s always been more sensitive and I happened to see it the other day when looking at my incisions. I will ask the Dr about it at my next appt but hopefully it’s no big deal. Other than that, feeling is starting to return around my nipples and the hypersensitivity has decreased. Very happy with the size. Still haven’t been sized but I bought two Victoria’s Secret bras, size 32D and they fit great. It was so crazy getting to shop for a larger bra...no more A cup! Going to give it a while longer before getting sized to make sure they are dropped.

You hit the glorious 6wk mark! Congrats! Are you pretty much back to normal? I can't believe I am half way there! Your breasts are dropping and fluffing nicely. Looking so great! I got 485. Let us know when you get sized. Since you have a close cc size I am excited to see what size you are.

Hi there! Congrats on your BA! 3 weeks post is great, you’ll be at 6 weeks before you know it! And yes, finally feeling back to normal mostly. There are still a few movements that feel strange so I just listen to my body and don’t do things that feel off. One of the strangest movements is buckling my youngest into a shopping cart or his car seat, something about that pushing motion is hard and I don’t have a lot of strength there. Also opening jars is impossible for me right now. Ha. I have been working out again (no push ups) and all is well. I can tell they are getting bouncy! Something new there and I like it! Will keep you posted on size. Yours are looking really great, btw!

Officially sized at a 32DD from Victoria’s Secret. The bras I bought the other day no longer fit (I was overflowing them) so definitely don’t rush out and buy too soon! Hope all is well!
