34 Years Old, in for Fuller Lips and Advice on Past Procedure Results - Vancouver, WA

I initially visited Dr. Gabriel as I wanted a fuller appearance in my lips, and to even out a 'fat lip' that I have had since I was a child, as a result of a nasty fall onto a hardwood floor. I expressed that I wanted an overall fuller appearance, and that I would also like both sides of my upper lip to appear more symmetrical. He was not only kind, but so knowledgable and attentive. He was quick to offer advice on what he felt my best treatment options were, and we proceeded with Juvaderm. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with my result. While we were talking, he did offer the treatment option of removing a small piece of tissue to make a more symmetrical lip, and I kept it in the back of my mind. My next appointment with him was to discuss that option further. Much to my surprise, when I thought I was going in simply for a consult, he offered to do the procedure right then and there. I gladly took him up on his offer, and I will tell you, my life is forever changed. Something so small, and so simple has made such a dramatic difference in my life. He was incredibly comforting on my frazzled nerves, checking constantly that I was doing well, and describing what he was doing so I didn't panic. He was fast and meticulous, and my result has been amazing. He also took the time to look at what I felt like was abnormal or excessive scarring from a past breast augmentation, and he again offered options, thoughts, and reassurance. He then set me up with a series of laser treatments on the scarred area and a topical cream to help fade scarring, and did not charge me a thing. I was obviously floored. The professionalism, kindness, generosity, and talent of this man are unsurpassed. He has incredible bedside manner, and literally makes you feel like you are a part of the family. I truly wish that I would've ventured out to find him prior to my breast surgery, as I know that I would've been so much more pleased with the result. You had better believe that I will be trusting him with my next surgery. I have since returned to his office for several other small procedures, only to be treated with kindness, respect, enthusiasm from all. I honestly could not think of anyone else I could recommend so highly and wholeheartedly to anyone. You will receive the best care available, and leave feeling fantastic. Dr. Gabriel is TRULY the best of the best.
