I have nice implants but feel they are a little droopy already. If I lay flay with no bra they fall down part way into arm pit. I also though they would be a higher lift. Very natural boobs but have to be lifted in underwire bra for nice cleavage and lift. Some what disappointed As wanted a little higher lift to allow for Gravity in the up coming years. Do not want to spend more money on them. Doctor just tells me gravity is part of the reason. But it has only been 1 year. Afraid what they will be in two or more. Uggggg Won't go back.

I am a 59 yr old who was tired of the "droopy old lady" breasts and wanted them back to the were before. It was the best thing I have done for myself. I was scared but Dr Manish C Champaneria, MD was such a gentle sole that my worry turned to "Lets do it"! It was a very smooth procedure and had BEAUTIFUL results. The scars are healing very nice as he did a great job. It was well worth the money spent. I feel like a new person again. THIS IS A MUST DO FOR YOURSELF. Cannot in words express just how wonderful I feel. Going to give my daughter, who is in her 30's and three kids later, a gift to have a Tummy Tuck and Breast Lift with Implants whenever she is ready. Thats how impressed I am.

No I haven't posted any photo's but the breasts are very natural looking and balance nicely. I even have feeling in my nipples which many have told me they don't. Of course that can be a personal body thing. Minimum scaring also. Don't be scared go for it. He is wonderful.

What size did you start out with? What size did you want? What size did you end up with? Thanks for the info.
I started out with droopy 38C. Had a lift and added 421cc. I did not want to become mega boobs. Wanted natural full breasts. Finished as a 40 D. Very nice finish. Very nice cleave with bra and sports bra. Natural is the most important to me. Didn't want look like I had big boobs just put on.
1 year now and they look natural aright. Even have the droop in upper part and fall part way into arm pit if lay on back. Not to sexy!
After one year not so impressed. All is ok but not as perky as wanted.
