My nose was quite the piece of work with everything from my middle cartilage lodged halfway through my right nostril to a wildly unattractive dorsal hump from being broken 21 years ago. After many consults around Vancouver, Dr. Thomas Buonassisi was the most professional & specializes in only facial surgery. He is extremely easy to communicate your desired results with, strives hard to achieve them, while remaining realistic. Surgery was quick & comfortable. Both facilities (consultations & surgery) are immaculately clean, classy & organized. I took 2 weeks off school but I was walking around with a hat after about 1. (This may not be a healthy choice, I'm a tad nuts). I took my own cast off after 8 days, you have the option of having it taken off for you. I could see the bruising going away by the day. You are scheduled numerous post-op visits to ensure accurate healing. After a month I started cosmetic acupuncture & Vitality Clinic to speed up the healing process even more and clear up stuffiness and remaining bruising.
