I have been reading some of your reviews. I have no regrets on my surgery but you need to do your research - I researched for a year! I visited five doctors. I just had a gut feeling when I met the perfect surgeon (Thomas Buonassisi) I just knew. MONEY should not be a factor that plays in something this big. Do not cheap out. This is your nose, your face. I will do a one year post shortly.
