WORTH IT$7,000
I've always wanted to have rhinoplasty ever since I was a little girl. My nose is the typical asian nose with a low bridge, wide nostrils, and very little definition. I didn't necessarily wanted to change the way I looked, I just wanted my nose to be more defined and not look so bulbous when I smile.
I was initially very scared of doing the procedure (never had any kind of surgery before), but the procedure itself and recovery process actually went very well and didn't hurt at all! I was given twilight anesthesia and although I was pretty much awake the whole time of the surgery, I was surprised that I didn't feel any pain at all! My 7 days recovery was virtually painless (didn't really have to take the pain medication) - it was just a bit uncomfortable at first having to sleep upright and not being able to blow my nose, but I was used to it after a few days. I think the worse part of the procedure for me was not being able to go out in public for a week, but I had awesome friends who came over to keep me company and my wonderful boyfriend to take care of me, so it wasn't so bad!
I'm now 2.5 months since the procedure and I am really happy with the results already. It is very natural (a lot of my co-workers or acquaintances don’t even notice it!) and my nose is a lot less bulbous as before. Sometimes I forget how my old nose looks like but when I compare the before and after pictures, I definitely see the difference. My bridge is higher, the width of my nose is narrower, and my tip projects out more which makes my nose a lot more defined. My tip is still a bit swollen so I’m excited for even more changes in the next few months!

Yay, very happy for you! I also had my rhinoplasty with Dr. B, and he's fantastic :)

Omg! Love your results! Was thinking of going to see dr. Denton, but now I'm unsure. My nose is similar to your old one, wide nose esp when I smile. My bridge is a good height tho. Did he take your nostrils in? And for your tip did he add any cartilage? Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hooray for loving your results! Thank you for taking the time to write your review. It sounds like you have a great support system and went into this with realistic results. Your nose looks very pretty!
