Deviated Septum

Starting to get some sensation in my nose, still really swollen, fragile, and stuffed up. The underside of my nose looks a bit more deviated then first after surgery, hopefully it heals straighter!

Ice is still my best friends, my nose tip is still strange feeling. Puffy......generally super sexy feeling lol (no).

A note! Do not apply makeup to your nose, child, I thought I would try to hide the bruises and add some foundation to my (super sensitive) nose.....gah! Not only does even the lightest touch feel terrible- but the bridge of my nose made this terrible 'crack' noise.!!?? Yyyeeeeeee, so I took some pain pills and iced.....plus the makeup looks blotchy and terrible on my nose because I didn't have the balls to blend it in.....so....I look awesome....

Yay post op day 6 = cast removal!!!!! Getting the cast off is no fun and the tissue is tender underneath and the cast pulls, but SUCH a relief to have it off! The tip of my nose is swollen (normal) and has paresthesia (almost numb- like how you feel at the dentist). I have a sexy bruise on the bridge of my tender sore nose, but overall I am super happy! Again- I don't bruise very often- so my results aren't typical. Still stuffed but I can usually breath through my nose. Still taking Tylenol regularly, icing makes my congestion feel better, arnica to the bruises.
