I highly recommend Dr. Gelfant; I could not be more thrilled with the results of my augmentation. From my first consultation, Dr. Gelfant has maintained a high level of warmth and care, honesty, integrity and professionalism as well as superior knowledge and skill in his practice. If anyone in Metro Vancouver, or even further away, is considering this surgery, book a consultation with Dr. Gelfant. He may not tell you everything you want to hear (like in my case) but everything will be true and with your best interests in mind. If you trust him, he will deliver beautiful, beautiful results. I'm not super keen on the idea of posting a picture of my breasts online but seriously you guys should see these babies - they are gorgeous! The before and after is unbelievable. I went from a boyishly flat 32aa to a beautiful, perky, full 32c/d with 300cc high profile silicone implants. I went from wearing 2 heavily padded bras at all times and absolutely refusing to be topless in front of my boyfriend to plunging necklines, backless dresses and constantly walking around the house naked. I couldn't have asked for better results or a better surgeon. Last thing - his staff is amazing. Christy is so sweet and friendly and accomodating and Wendy the recovery nurse is possibly the sweetest women in the entire world. She was funny and charming and nurturing, anticipating my every need from 2 hours pre-op when I arrived to when she wheeled me out to my mom's car a few hours after the surgery. She's the best. She made a potentially very stressful day go by comfortably and pleasantly.

Dr. Gelfant is at the top of his field. He is professional and personable and conducts his practice with the highest level of skill and knowledge. In all of my interactions with him I felt safe and taken care of. He is sincere and kind and I always have felt like a valued patient, from the first consultation to my last check up. My procedure, a breast augmentation with an armpit incision,or the endoscopic approach is complicated and difficult and nobody performs it better than Dr. Gelfant. My recovery was painless - I could lift my hands over my head hours after my operation. He is honestly SO great and lovely - I actually look forward to seeing him again at my follow up appointments!
