33 Years Old, Tuberous Breast, 5'7 and 172lbs,1 Child Breastfed briefly

So this is my journey so far..... So to start I am a - A cup hoping to become a full C cup. I have a birth deformity called tuberous breast, you can Google it if you don't know what it is ;) My surgery is coming up in 6 days and I'm extremely excited about it! I've wanted boobs since I can remember and I have waited for them to come in my entire life with much disappointment! I'm currently an athletic 172lbs @ 5'7" tall. I have very wide shoulders and hips, I have a large ass and NO boobs lol I'm having my surgery done in Vancouver BC Canada, about an hour or so from home, by Dr. Pugash on June 6th 2017. I've had 1 consultation with him (back in April) and he was great!! He was very honest with me about expectations (particularly that people have a lot of them and many are unrealistic lol). I like to compare it to hair cuts. You can't necessarily get someone else's haircut, no matter how bad you want it. If you don't have the same type of hair, thick, thin etc. then the haircut will look a little different. It's the same with boobs. We all have a natural breast shape and body structure, so we're not necessarily going to look exactly like our 'wish' boobs lol I don't have 'wish' boobs, I love all boobs!! I even love my broken ones lol they've really been awesome to me, but I want fullness. I want to be able to wear a bra and put my arms over my head without the bra moving up over my nipples #tuberousproblems lol I honestly didn't know I had tuberous boobs until my consultation... I knew they were different but I had no idea there was a name for it!
Anyways had my pre-op on May 24th. My mom came with me, it was awesome, I love her! She watched me try on sizers and laughed when I was shaking my fakies at her lol I think she mostly wanted to meet my doctor, she thinks he did a surgery on my brother way back when!
I've been a little emotional, but mostly happy and excited!! It feels surreal that I'm actually getting a BA!! Mine are paid for, I saved up for them as I hate debt! I told myself it was the only way I could have them and then I started saving!! I'll update and post some pics while I'm off recovering, I'll make sure to get my befores done, well before lol

1 day until surgery!! I feel like it's Christmas eve lol soooooooooooo excited and a little nervous but way more excited!! I'll have to redo some pics, they're sideways??

So I leave for the surgical center in about an hour! It's really hard for me to not have coffee this morning, I really want a big cup of coffee!!!! But I can't so I won't! The last thing I want is to have reschedule my surgery over something stupid. I'm way more excited than nervous right now but let's see how I feel when I get to the surgical center. My friend is driving me in and picking me up, then I'll stay at my parents place for the rest of the week so they can help me with my son. (he's 10 but he still likes to eat lol and can't cook for himself yet). My son is nervous and says he can't wait until I'm home lol he loves his mama!! I'll update as soon as I can after surgery, I'll see you on the other side!!
