I first started thinking about this procedure two years before the date. I had gone from a higher BMI to very low and had lost alot of breast tissue in the process. I didnt want to have large breasts as I am very petite, but I just wanted to be able to fill in my bras again. Very happy with the procedure. The pain was very manageable and Dr. Gelfant was very good about getting me back into movements and every day life. I ended up getting 200cc saline implants which suite my body perfectly. Highly recommend the doctor for quality of work. His staff at the clinic is also extremely friendly and makes you feel very comfortable.
