I'm 45 years old, 5'6" and 120 lbs. I'm currently a size 34A and have always wanted to have bigger boobs. I'm the only female in my family that missed out on the booby gift! LOL! I have my mammogram today and if all goes well I will have my surgery on June 3, 2015. I will be able to be off work until the following Monday, June 8, 2015. I sure do hope this is enough time off..... I'm a little worried, but I do have a desk job so maybe it will be okay. I'm seeing Dr. Bridgette Moore and I love, love, love her. We kind of decided on 350cc, but I'm thinking from what I am reading about "boob-greed" that I might want to do the 390cc. I have my pre-op with her on May 26, 2015 and hopefully my mammogram result will turn out okay for the surgery. Wish me luck girls!

At 45 I finally had the BA I've wanted all my life two weeks ago! I say it's never too late and was totally worth it. I went with HP 350cc. That was larger than the 330cc my PS suggested. Like you I was concerned with going too small. When I woke up from surgery boob greed set in right away! But now two weeks in I am happy with the size. Be sure to try lots of sizers. Good luck!

Good for you! I'm glad that it was totally worth it. I'll have to follow your progress. I sometimes feel like I'm being selfish, but then I read all these wonderful comments from you ladies and then I feel better. Good luck in your healing and I hope everyday you are more and more happy.

I definitely think 390 is going to give you a more FULL look for ur shape and size. I'm wanting between 375 and 400, and I'm leaning towards 400 because you lose cc under the muscle but I have to wait tIL my consult and see if that will even fit with my breast width diameter. Good luck to you!

I'm thinking so too!!!! I gets so confusing though.... I try to look at pics of others and I guess it really is different for everyone. I trust Dr. Moore, so I will mention going from 350cc to 390cc to her and see what she says. Getting excited tomorrow I go for my pre-op with her. I think the 400cc will be perfect for you from the looks of it! Good luck to you also.

I had a week off of my non-desk job work. ..if I had a desk job I could have gone back at 4 days, easily. No pain at all now at 9 days post op!

I went back to work 4 days post op. You will be fine:). Easier than having 2 c-sections.

Go bigger. You won't regret it. I went 533 cc Natrelle mod profile silicone under Muscle. Love them and am glad I went larger than I was initially expecting

Oh and I have had zone c-section, so that is comforting to know ;)

If you can get the sizers from your PS and bring several sizes home, it will help you. Remember, you lose about 10% of the look under the muscle. I even took a tape measure and took my hip measurement and was looking to get a breast measurement that was ideal for my hips. My end result measurements are 36-26-36 (breasts, waist, hips)

Oh yeah I forgot about losing some of the volume under the muscle. Thanks for that advice! WOW those measurements are perfect! You go girl!

Well thank you so much. I'm thankful they sit right where they are suppose to, but they are just way to small and nothing fits properly. I hate wearing swimsuits out in public so I'm hoping my BA will make a world of difference. Good luck to you too Tjlopez28!

I think your girls look amazing! I wish you all the best with your BA and hope your new boobs give you much happiness. I also had perfect small boobs but didn't think so at the time...always want you you don't have, right? Well I now regret ever having a BA and trying to find the right surgeon to remove them. I am also very worried about what they will look like now. I'd give anything to have my perfect little boobs back
