Please allow us to respond to the above review. Due to any potential HIPAA violations, we must refrain from any protected health information regarding any patient and therefore, as unfair as it may be, we are prohibited from responding to the specifics of this patient’s complaint. At the Center for Cosmetic & Reconstructive Gynecology we take every review (positive and negative) seriously as patient satisfaction and more importantly patient safety is our number one priority. Also, OUR MEDICAL PRACTICE DOES NOT ALLOW ANY PATIENT TO MAKE ANY ATTEMPT TO EXPORT MONEY FROM OUR PRACTICE IN LIEU OF POSTING A NEGATIVE REVIEW, AS THIS IS CONSIDERED A QUID PRO QUO. We consider all our patients as VIPs and our primary concern is making them happy by doing everything possible to create the best results. We therefore offer to see them and help them any way we can, AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE, despite LONG INTERVALS since their surgery. We also offer to confer with their local physician if they prefer. All patients are requested to come back within six weeks for a postsurgical follow up. The lack of any patient adhering to these standards can severely inhibit the recovery process. As previously stated, after speaking with a potentially dissatisfied patient, I am always willing to see them again AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE, to repair any procedure exclusively associated with my original surgery. Please allow me to conclude and summarize that our medical practice will never be subject to any extortive measures of any kind.
